Come explore (y)our home

Mi casa es su casa,

as they say (yes, this really is our home, and yours too!)

Come on in.

Open some doors and poke around.

  • Welcome to Sunnyside

  • a bright queen studio

  • colourfully styled to lure you

  • to kick back and relax

  • with all the coziness

  • to call your own.

Sunnyside Studio

Brimming with windows and oodles of light, Sunnyside owes it’s name not only to being the brightest studio of them all, but long long ago, Susan — cofounder and owner at Vilayala — lived on Sunnyside street in Westmount. Situated on the main floor of the home, this is the most accessible of our spaces, with a walk in shower. The full kitchenette boasts a huge assortment of pots, pans and dishes — thanks to Viv’s obsession with all things food. Coffee machine and French press, along with locally roasted coffee from Totem ensure you’ll be able to observe your normal coffee ritual. The studio is situated right off the main hall, which is at your disposal to enjoy the large dining room table, where you might meet other guests. Or you might just want to tuck away and enjoy the privacy of your own space within the house. Either way, you’re sure to have a relaxing, quiet, unhurried (which is the meaning of “Vilayala”) time away from home. You’re welcome.

  • Welcome to Churchside

  • a cozy queen studio

  • with all the quaint charm of old

  • inviting you to unwind

  • unpack and stay a while

  • so pull up a chair

  • or have a good soak

  • and be our guest

Churchside Studio

Drenched with colour and detail, De L’Église (the real name for Churchside) was named for its view of the classic Catholic Church just down the street. Situated on the main floor of the home, you’re just a few steps off the street, and away from the normal pace of life.
